Our research is focused on cutting edge technological areas including single cell omics, spatial omics, multiomic analysis, deep learning, transfer learning, and generative models. We focus our research efforts mainly in multiple myeloma (MM), Alzheimer’s disease (AD), and diabetes research. However, we also work in metabolic diseases, breast cancer, prostate cancer, pediatric cancer, irritable bowel disease, and arthritis.
Our primary research focus is on developing deep transfer learning methodologies to better understand and integrate multiomic data. These methodologies include but are not limited to improving data quality of single cell and spatial transcriptomics, identifying high risk subsets of MM cells, generative models to simulate treatment effects, and in silico AD drug development.
If these areas interest you please contact us to collaborate.
